In a year marked by the covid pandemic, the company, counting on 100% Spanish capital, has once again managed to move forward and evolve according to the business requirements of their clients, accompanying them at all times to meet their technological needs and gaining their trust.

"Uniway is a company that has known how to anticipate technological trends, as well as get in a position to be able to provide a first-rate service and at very low cost," explains Hassan Kalantari, CEO of the company.

Thinking about the next step, Uniway prepares to imminently launch:

  • Services in B2B e-commerce modality

  • Own public and private cloud unified management service

20 years of resilience

In these two decades, Uniway has proved to have great resilience, overcoming several economic crises, which have been faced and overcome with a daily performance based on constancy. Today, it continues working to offer the best technological solutions for medium-sized and large companies, with a portfolio of more than 80 clients, many of whom have been taking their chances on this company for more than a decade.

Uniway was born from the enthusiasm of a group of investors, with the clear vocation to gain a foothold in the sector of information service and solution providers with value proposals recognized by their clients," explains Chano Rebollo, Sales Director of Uniway.

These 20 years of Uniway can be divided into three stages, which would be marked respectively by datacenters, the Cloud and digital transformation.

  • From its inception, Uniway knew that the Datacenter business was going to become essential. “In 2001 we anticipated it, when still no one was talking about Datacenters. That was how, a local company like us decided to build one and not only that but, furthermore, in the financial center of Madrid,” explains Kalantari.

  • Over the years and faced with the need to always move forward, Uniway decided, in 2009, to take their chances on the cloud, then setting up what would become its first public cloud. "We were one step ahead, we understood that we had to extend cloud computing, since it had come to stay," adds the CEO.

  • Today the company is fully focused on its own digital transformation, since as Hasan Kalantari details, we have to forget about traditional models. There are many companies in the sector that talk about digital transformation, but they overlook their own and Uniway wants to make a difference, also in this aspect. Part of this transformation goes through transferring the sales model to an e-commerce model, which is vital today.

Looking ahead to the next few years, Hassan Kalantari is fairly optimistic: "I see a bright future," he says. "We are at a time when different opportunities have arisen that must be taken advantage of, and we have to see this new reality as a disruption."
